At Aurea Swim, we are committed to ensuring you have the best shopping experience. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• In their original condition with all tags attached and the hygienic liner intact.

Exclusions

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@aureaswim.co or fill out the form below to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return label (if applicable).

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. A flat rate of $7 will be charged upon receiving a return label which will be deducted in the refund.
